  Terrible experience. Made an appointment and was told they are BCBS probiders. Then come to find out she was dumped by BCBS for whatever reason. When I called to get more information they made me feel like I was bothering them. When I asked for my $190.00 back (minus the $45.00 that I would have paid had she still been on BCBS) they sent me a letter that they are no longer going to see me as a patient?? Really?? just because I found out the truth by calling BCBS?? Terrible.

  Dr. Mummert, is amazingly caring and is the best Psychiatrist I’ve ever had at pin pointing what path to take for my health. She is very attentive and listens to what I have to say in order to understand what would work best for me. She has gone beyond her means in making her time available for me during circumstances of needing an appointment of short notice as well. Her staff and office are what make the experience that much better as well. Thank you so much!
