I knew it was unlikely but when I called, a woman just picked up after several rings and said “Holly’s.” I then kindly asked about the possibility of a delivery and before I could even finish, she rudely said “Sorry it ain’t going out today.” I understand that it’s Valentines day and very stressful, but you could at least be kind and personable to your customers.
