I was pleasantly surprised to get a response within minutes as I really didn't expect to hear from them till the next day. Got the time set up with the labor costs told in advance which was greatly appreciated. Tech showed up at the appointed time with a phone call beforehand to let me know he was on his way. Frig was up and running in no time and the cost was very affordable. And a 30 day guarantee! Will be using them from now on!
