  My home is 5 years old and began having foundation issues. I contacted LGI and made them aware. Its a very long story but in a nutshell I paid an engineer, a plumber, the warranty company (actually charged me to come out) and ultimately structured foundation repair to do the necessary repairs on my home. I tried for months to get LGI to do the right thing and help but all I got was a cease and desist letter from a lawyer. All in all I spent around $6,500 of my own money out of my pocket. Im not rich Im a hard working dad. Property line on the north side of my home is supposed to be at 15.2' it was instead set at 12' and no drainage ditch was cut as is instructed in the site plat. Instead there was a good amount of trees left on the north side of my home and instead of the grade running down hill away from my home it ran towards my home resulting in poor drainage. This has been an absolute nightmare for me and my family and as a result I would not recommend LGI.
