  I was a tenant for 4 years. The first 2 were great. Property was maintained nicely and the social events for residents was great. Then things started declining. Not only was the property not being maintained well, request for thing to be fixed on the property are NOT HANDLED in a timely manner. There are currently 9 lights out on the property and I have reported it several times since Oct 2017. It is March 2018 and they are still not fixed. This is a safety issue. Policies about cleaning up after your pet and not leaving trash outside your door aren't enforced. Notices are left about REQUIRED inspections and asking you to secure your pets without giving proper notice. Dates on these notices are often 3 days before they are ever left on you door. And they require 60 days notice to renew your lease, but don't send out notices until well after that. So if you can't afford the rental hike, it is too late to do anything about it. The overall quality of service has gone down and I would NOT recommend this property to anyone
