  ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. One of the worst vets that I have ever been to. Its not the vet. It's the people that work for her. The first incident was months ago. I took my dog in and told the lady that she was scared of getting a check up. The lady said that she knew that. It was time for my dog to get a shot and she was pushing on the back of my dogs neck trying to force her to lay down on the table. She was also holding her by the collar. My dogs back feet then slipped off the table and the assistant was still holding her by the collar dangling her off the table. My dog cried out and peed all over herself. She then hid under the table. The assistant then told me to get away from my dog, who was hiding and let her come to me. No, No, No. That is my pet and I will go to her if I please. The next incident was very recent. I hadn't gone back to that vet for very obvious reasons. I decided to give it one more shot. I called the vet to ask them if they had anything to give my dog for anxiety before bringing her in to get her nails trimmed. I figured that this was a valid offer and they have done this for a previous dog that I had. They have me a 10mg pill for a 50 pound dog. Now I was not aware of the mg per pound ratio of the specific medication. So I gave my dog the pill at 8am, my appointment was at 10am. By 10am the pill was not working on her. She was very anxious getting in the car. I called the vet and whoever answered the phone said that she would talk to the vet and call me back. This was on January 27, 2016. They called me back today, February 8th at 3pm and put me on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up our of frustration.
  
  They have awful customer service. I will never ever use this vet again. We have moved on to a vet in Sanger that has a much more friendly staff.
